Compliance with COPPA & GDPR

We follow the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the U.S., which requires us to inform parents or legal guardians about how we collect, use, and share personal data from children under 13 years old. Before allowing children under 13 to access certain features, we obtain parental consent.

Similarly, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in some European Union countries requires us to inform parents about data collection for children under 16 years old and obtain their consent before granting access to certain features.

For school-based activities, COPPA allows teachers/caregivers and school administrators to give consent on behalf of parents when collecting personal information from children. However, schools should always inform parents when doing so.

Sharing Information

We will not share a child’s personal information with other individuals or companies except in limited situations. When other companies perform services for us, like customer support, email services, delivery services, call centers, data management services, help desk providers, law firms, payment processors, accountants and shopping cart providers; however, these companies are prohibited from using a child’s personal information for purposes other than those requested by us or required by law

How to Request Deletion of Your Child’s Personal Information

Parents or legal guardians can request the deletion of their child’s personal information by contacting us at [email protected] with their request. We will process deletion requests within 45 days unless retention is required for legal compliance.

Face Data Usage

Our app may use Apple's TrueDepth API to apply real-time effects. This data is processed solely on the device and is never stored, shared or transmitted to any third party. If a user chooses to take a photo, the image is saved locally on the device and is not uploaded or shared externally

Personal Data Collected Through the Apps 

When you or your children use our apps, we might collect certain personal information, including your email address, name, and age. This user/children's data is used for the following purposes:

  • To verify your age;
  • To save and track your game progress;
  • To create and manage your user account;
  • To enable gameplay across multiple devices;
  • To send promotional emails (if you have given consent); and
  • To respond to any support inquiries you may send.

We retain this information until you stop using the apps, such as by uninstalling them.

When you make in-app purchases in our Games, we do not collect or have any access to your name and billing information. This information is collected and stored by your platform (Android’s Google Play or IOS App Store) or your platform’s payment processor.

  • Data on how you interact with the app;
  • Your device ID;
  • URLs you visited before or after using the app;
  • Information shared by advertising platforms like Unity, Inmobi, and Google Ads;

Our apps do not allow children to share, post, or publicize their personal information within the app. No chat rooms, public profiles, or direct communication features exist that enable children to share their information publicly.

When you or your children use our apps and services, certain information may be collected automatically. This helps us improve our apps and make them more engaging for kids and other users. We also use this data for internal purposes, such as enhancing our services. We might use Firebase (https://firebase.google.com), a third-party analytics service provided by Google. Firebase automatically collects the following technical and non-personal data:

  • IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers).

Registration and Authentication

We use Firebase Authentication, a service provided by Google LLC ("Google"), to manage user registration and authentication. How we use this information collected in our Games (Terms of Use)

We collect this information to improve performance and reliability of our Games and to get a better understanding of what users in general prefer. We do not link any of this Information in any way to individuals or any other information we might obtain. We do not share, sell or in any other way give other persons or companies. We don’t rent or sell your email address.

Our mobile applications comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). In the event that a user identifies himself/herself as a child under the age of 13 through a support request or feedback, we will not collect, store or use and will delete in a secure manner any personal information of such a user.

We take care of filtering categories of sensitive and unsuitable ads for children. But rarely can an advertiser misclassify your ads, and this situation is beyond our reach.
