Job Description:

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving growth and increasing brand awareness for a product-based gaming company. They will develop and execute marketing strategies to reach target audiences and drive sales.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies for product-based gaming products.

2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, and target audiences.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and design, to create and execute marketing campaigns.

4. Manage and execute social media campaigns, including content creation, posting, and engagement.

5. Plan and execute trade shows and events, including planning, budgeting, and post-event analysis.

6. Create and manage email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.

7. Developing prospective clients across globe and generate business.

8. Develop and manage the company’s marketing budget and measure the success of marketing campaigns.

9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology to ensure the company is utilizing the most effective marketing strategies.

10. Prior experience in institutional sales will be an added advantage.

11. Open to travel Pan India.

Educational Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product marketing.

2. Experience with market research and analysis, and the ability to turn insights into actionable plans.

Additional Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices.

2. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

4. Self-starter with a positive, results-driven attitude and a passion for the gaming industry.
